Tombo (named after the proprietor's childhood nickname) is a new bakery and lunch spot concept based in the small coastal city of Victoria, BC. Tom hails from Australia and has run kitchens in top restaurants and hotels around the globe. With Tombo, he brings an international urban bistro experience. Something that doesn't really exist in its home city. With this brief in mind, we created a bold identity system with even bolder graphics, inspired by big city urban poster arrays. The combination of these graphics creates an atmosphere that is both exciting and comforting at the same time. If you find yourself in Victoria, do yourself a favour and try anything they make.
